College Station: George Bush Presidential Library and Museum

George H.W. Bush’s aviation experience is retold in one of many exhibits chronicling the public and personal lives of the last U.S. president to serve in World War II. Spotlighted in the state-of-the-art museum’s World War II exhibit is a restored 1944 Avenger similar to the one Bush piloted. The 69,000-square-foot presidential museum is on the Texas A&M University campus.
