Denison: Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site

From son of a railroad worker to World War II hero to 34th U.S. president, the life of Dwight D. Eisenhower is an American success story. That story is told year-round at the six-acre Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site. The site’s focal point is the restored two-story white frame house where Eisenhower was born in 1890.
