Martín de León
City founder and Mexican empresario, Martín De León, originally named Victoria’s city center Plaza de la Constitución. Renamed in honor of Martin De Leon, the plaza continues to serve the community as a center of cultural and social life, while memorializing the history of the city’s founder with onsite historical markers and monuments.
